THE FAT OF THE LAND
We are still harvesting produce
from our garden. Pounds and pounds of potatoes; beans; raspberries [in
October!] more apples than any family could eat in a year; onions; garlic it
goes on and on. Why? The weather, I guess which has allowed us to stay outside
longer tending.

crab-apple jelly at the weekend.
